Job Summary
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management in financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor bank transactions, prepare reconciliations, and manage cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial documents and procedures.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software .
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
