Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager (Training & Development) is responsible for
planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating training and development
programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational
capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual training plan based on organizational goals and competency gaps.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify learning requirements.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, refresher training, and leadership development programs.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluation reports.
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements for future programs.
- Work closely with department heads to identify employee development opportunities.
- Support performance management processes through learning and development initiatives.
- Promote a continuous learning culture aligned with company policies and business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Training & Development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
