Job Summary

The Assistant HR Manager (Training & Development) is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational capability.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual training plan based on organizational goals and competency gaps.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify learning requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, refresher training, and leadership development programs.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluation reports.
  • Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements for future programs.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify employee development opportunities.
  • Support performance management processes through learning and development initiatives.
  • Promote a continuous learning culture aligned with company policies and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Training & Development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in designing and facilitating training programs
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
