Job Summary

The Assistant Extra Care Manager supports  Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating workflow, supervising staff, monitoring performance, implementing company policies, and assisting with problem-solving and process improvements. The Assistant Extra Care Manager also helps manage resources, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with operational standards to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

-         Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Extra Care services and achieve business goals.

-         Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and SOPs.

-         Lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency.

-         Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

-         Build and mentor a high-performing team through training and leadership.

-         Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

-         Prepare and present reports to senior management.

-         Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs effectively.

-         Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer excellence.

Job Requirements

-         Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

-         3-5 years of experience in logistics field or similar roles.

-         Proven track record in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

-         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including fluency in English.

-         Proficiency in IT tools and software.

-         Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

-         Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

-         Ability to thrive under pressure and meet the deadlines.

-         Ability to foster teamwork and cross-department collaboration.

-         Knowledge of the logistics/delivery service industry is a plus.
