Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing office supplies, handling correspondence and documentation, coordinating meetings, assisting with travel and logistics arrangements, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. The Admin Executive works closely with other departments to maintain an organized, efficient, and professional working environment.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Prepare and manage office documents, letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
  • Assist in vendor management, quotations, and office maintenance services.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with administrative documentation as needed.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in the office.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
