Job Summary

Call  Agent and Messenger Agent are the specialized types of customer service professional who interact with customers exclusively or primarily through the  social media platform. This role focuses on real- time, conversational support in a text- based, multimedia- rich environment.

To deliver instant, convenient and personalized customer support through the Messenger app, leveraging its features to resolve issues effectively and engage customers proactively.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience 1 year in a customer service and call center

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner

Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with MS Office
