Job Summary

The Corporate Affairs Staff will support the company’s public relations, government relations, and corporate communication functions. This role ensures effective stakeholder engagement, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a positive corporate image through internal and external communications.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing corporate communication and public relations activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate affairs strategies and initiatives.
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws, policies, and regulations, and update management accordingly.
  • Organize and coordinate corporate events, CSR programs, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain good relationships with media, community groups, and other key partners.
  • Assist in crisis communication and reputation management activities.
  • Support internal communication to align employees with company policies and values.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate affairs, communications, or government relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in local language and English preferred).
  • Good understanding of government policies, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
