Job Summary
The
Corporate Affairs Staff will support the company’s public relations, government
relations, and corporate communication functions. This role ensures effective
stakeholder engagement, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a positive
corporate image through internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing corporate communication and public relations activities.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate affairs strategies and initiatives.
- Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws, policies, and regulations, and update management accordingly.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events, CSR programs, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain good relationships with media, community groups, and other key partners.
- Assist in crisis communication and reputation management activities.
- Support internal communication to align employees with company policies and values.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate affairs, communications, or government relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in local language and English preferred).
- Good understanding of government policies, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
