Expansion Associate

Job Summary

The Expansion Associate is the operational executor for Royal Express.

You are responsible for scouting, inspecting, and setting up new branches

and counters. Your role is to translate the Strategic Expansion Officer’s

frameworks into reality, ensuring every new site is identified, built, and

launched with 100% adherence to our internal standards and budget

limits. 

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Site Scouting & Inspection: Proactively scout locations in target

townships based on the Expansion Officer’s framework. Conduct

physical on-site inspections to evaluate structural suitability,

accessibility, and visibility.

Cost-Efficient Sourcing: Identify and shortlist potential locations that

align with corporate rental budgets and cost-effectiveness guidelines.

Ensure all site findings are benchmarked against approved price

matrices.

Blueprint Execution: Implement the physical setup of sites

(renovations, signage, IT, and equipment) strictly following the

Expansion Officer's standardized layouts.

Operational Readiness: Prepare locations to be fully ISO-compliant

before the doors open. Ensure all systems, documentation, and

operational flows are in place for a seamless "Day 1" launch.

Field Reporting: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground. Report

progress, flag site-specific roadblocks, and provide objective data

back to the Expansion Officer to ensure frameworks remain accurate.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Meticulous Execution: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset. You
