Job Summary

The HR Assistant (Training & Development) supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of employee training and development programs. This role assists in identifying training needs, organizing internal and external training sessions, maintaining training records, and preparing reports. The position works closely with the HR team to enhance employee skills, performance, and continuous learning within the organization.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing Training & Development programs
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Maintain training records and evaluation forms
  • Prepare training reports and documentation
  • Support employee development initiatives
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Training & Development
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
