Job Summary

  The HR Executive – C&B is responsible for handling payroll, employee benefits, and salary-related matters. This role ensures that all compensation and benefits processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely, accurate payments.
  • Maintain employee salary, attendance, and leave records.  
  • Coordinate with vendors for payroll and benefits-related services.
  • Prepare reports on payroll, benefits, and C&B data.
  • Answer employee queries related to salary and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR (generalist or relevant area). 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Good knowledge of HR functions and local labor law. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. 
  • Responsible, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
