Job Summary

  The HR Executive (HRIS) is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Human Resource Information System. This role ensures accurate employee data, supports HR processes through system optimization, and provides reporting and analysis for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. HRIS Management

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Manage system access and user roles

2. System Administration & Support

  • Provide daily support for HRIS users (HR team & employees)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors/IT
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
  • Analyze HR data to support management decisions
  • Prepare dashboards and HR metrics

4. Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using HRIS
  • Automate manual HR tasks where possible
  • Ensure system aligns with HR policies and procedures

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR data complies with company policies and labor laws
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management or related field.
  •   2–4 years experience in HR or HRIS-related role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Good knowledge of HR functions and local labor law. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. 
  • Responsible, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
