Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment & Sourcing Intern to support our hiring initiatives. In this role, you will assist in attracting top talent by distributing job postings, creating flyers, and promoting open positions across various platforms. Your main goal will be to increase the number of job applications and help our recruitment team find the best candidates. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of job advertisements, flyers, posters and social media posts to attract applicants.
  • Share job openings on social media, university boards, job groups, and community platforms.
  • Help with candidate sourcing through job portals (LinkedIn, Facebook Jobs, etc.).
  • Support the recruitment team in screening C.V/ resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in organizing career fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR/Recruitment team as needed.

Job Requirements

  • University student or fresh graduate.
  • Under 25 years old
  • Interest in recruitment, employer branding.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
