Job Summary
The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations, supervising drivers, riders, and warehouse staff to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery services. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the delivery team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely completion.
- Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure proper handling, dispatch, and delivery of packages.
- Monitor performance against KPIs (delivery time, accuracy, customer satisfaction).
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and security regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or delivery supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
