Regional Auditor -MDY

Job Summary

 The Regional Auditor is responsible for conducting audits across multiple branches or regions to ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial regulations. This role helps management identify risks, improve efficiency, and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and report internal audits for assigned regions or branches.
• Review financial statements, accounting records, and operational procedures.
• Assess compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations.
• Identify control weaknesses, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Provide practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Support external audits by coordinating regional data and reports.
• Ensure consistency and standardization of audit practices across regions.
• Travel to branch offices or regional locations as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in internal audit or external audit.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/audit software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
