Job Summary
The HR Executive – C&B is responsible for handling payroll, employee benefits, and salary-related matters. This role ensures that all compensation and benefits processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely, accurate payments.

Maintain employee salary, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate with vendors for payroll and benefits-related services.
- Prepare reports on payroll, benefits, and C&B data.
- Answer employee queries related to salary and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR (generalist or relevant area).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of HR functions and local labor law.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
