Job Summary
The HR Executive (Training & Development) is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of training programs to improve employee knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and implementing the annual training plan based on departmental needs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collect training requirements from departments.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and development activities.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Prepare training schedules, attendance records, training materials, and reports.
- Monitor employee participation and maintain training documentation accurately.
- Collect training feedback and prepare evaluation summaries.
- Assist in measuring training effectiveness and follow up on improvement actions.
- Communicate with trainers, vendors, and department representatives for training arrangements.
- Support employee development initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Training & Development
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of training coordination and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
