Job Summary

The HR Executive (Training & Development) is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of training programs to improve employee knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and implementing the annual training plan based on departmental needs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and collect training requirements from departments.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and development activities.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Prepare training schedules, attendance records, training materials, and reports.
  • Monitor employee participation and maintain training documentation accurately.
  • Collect training feedback and prepare evaluation summaries.
  • Assist in measuring training effectiveness and follow up on improvement actions.
  • Communicate with trainers, vendors, and department representatives for training arrangements.
  • Support employee development initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Training & Development
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of training coordination and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
