Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee records management, payroll and benefits administration, and HR reporting. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are followed, assists with employee engagement activities, and provides day-to-day HR support to managers and staff. The HR Executive works closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process (job posting, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records accurately.
- Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits administration
- Organize and conduct new employee orientation and induction programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, rules, and labor laws.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and documents on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR (generalist or relevant area).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of HR functions and local labor law.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
