Job Summary
Perform internal audits and ensure departments comply with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist QMS implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015, monitoring quality objectives and KPIs.
- Prepare QMS documents & SOP, manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes, maintain documentation, and organize quality training
- Support risk assessments, participate in continuous improvement projects, and communicate quality updates to relevant teams while preparing regular reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree, additional logistics knowledge is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in auditing, preferably with ISO 9001:2015.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, audit proficiency, and strong documentation skills.
