Job Summary
Oversee the QMS Department, ensure compliance with ISO standards, manage quality audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the QMS and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Conduct regular management reviews of quality objectives, audit results, and improvement opportunities.
- Supervise QMS staff, set departmental goals, and report on QMS performance to senior management.
- Manage internal and external audits, and liaise with external certification bodies.
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree and diploma or certificate in Logistics is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- 5+ years of ISO 9001:2015 experience
- Strong leadership, knowledge and practices of QMS, audit skills, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
