Job Summary

  The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and identify new market opportunities. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for 

(1) Increasing sales volume and conversion rate, 

(2) Achieving the sales targets, 

(3) Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members and Monitoring their performance, 

(4) Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives, 

(5) Assisting Marketing Manager in planning effective sales strategies, 

(6) Communicating with clients and evaluate their needs, 

(7) Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner, 

(8) Creating reports, analyzing and interpreting retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition, and 

(9) Conducting regular audits to ensure the branches is functional and presentable.

Job Requirements

I. Educational Qualification

  • ​MBA, DMA(Y.U.E)
  • B.B.A or B.B.M or B.B.Sc (Marketing Management) and Diploma in Selling & Sales Management or Diploma in Sales Management
  • Any Bachelor Degree with Diplomas Sale management or Certificate in Sales Management

II. Working Experiences

  • ​At least seven years' experience in Sale and Marketing Field and three years Manager Experiences
  • Good knowledge at CEP (Courier Express and Parcel Services)
